I grew up in Enid and I attended Enid Public Schools. I attended Glenwood and Emerson Junior Hight and graduated from Enid High School in 2008. I attended to Oklahoma State University and Graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Disorders. I attended Williston State College Online to recieve my Speech-Languge Pathology Assistant Degree and recieved my Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Degree in 2013. I was Glenwood’s Speech-Language Pathology Assistant from August 2013 to May of 2016. I have been teaching first grade for Enid Public Schools since August of 2016. I am enjoying teaching first grade at Hayes Elementary.
I have attended Literacy First Training, Great Expectations Trainings, and The Phonics Dance Training. I continue to find different teacher conferences and workshops to continue learning yearly!
I started working at Glenwood Elementary in 2013 as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. I worked as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for three years and loved it! This year I am going to be a First grade teacher and I am very excited for the change and everything that is ahead.
I have been married to my best friend, Joseph Lamerton since March of 2016. We had our first son, Mark David in February of 2020.
