I began teaching music at Hayes Elementary half time in the 2011-2012 school year and full time in 2012-2013 school year.
I began teaching in 2005 at Eisenhower Elementary. There I taught music half time and assisted Pre-K the other half. In 2008, I moved to Taft Elementary and taught music full time until sharing my day with Hayes in 2011.
I am the proud mother to a son, Kaleb, and 2 dogs, Buster and Chloe.
In addition to making music with people of all ages, I enjoy other forms of art. I have become very excited about creating things from clay and have even learned how to use the pottery wheel. I have my own wheel and kiln so that I can enjoy making art whenever I want! I also enjoy painting and drawing. I love nature and try to spend time walking my dogs in the fresh air.
